Shipping policy

  • Please note, all order(s) will only be shipped once the buyer has completed the payment successfully.
  • All our products are ready stock unless otherwise stated. For pre-orders, the wait time will be mentioned explicitly in the product page.
  • We do not accept emergency orders where we are required to ship immediately. For these requests, please contact us directly at before placing the order.
  • In the event the product is unavailable or we deemed unfit to deliver to you, Pinkybears will take the responsibility to notify the buyer in advance. In cases, where a refund or reimbursement in store credit is required, Pinkybears will reach out to you directly.
  • We remain the right to cancel the order at all time based on stock availability.
  • Goods will be sent only to the address you provided in the ‘Shipping’ section before completion of your payment in the checkout page.
  • Customers are not allowed to change delivery address after the order has been confirmed.

Delivery period

  • Delivery will be fulfilled within 1 - 3 days depending on payment status and stock availability.
  • Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate and may vary. Pinkybears will not be held responsible for delays by delivery partner.

Delivery partner

  • Pinkybears leverages on EasyParcel services as the preferred logistics partner and as such the delivery company may vary accordingly.
  • Should you require a different delivery partner, please contact us at to confirm the specifics before placing an order.
  • Disputes on delivery partner may result in your order being cancelled.

Risk of goods

  • Pinkybears will not be held liable for any damages to the goods during transit and upon acceptance of delivery.
  • Pinkybears will ensure your product is in good condition before shipping to you. Plastic bubble wraps will be used to wrap the items where applicable.

Failed delivery

  • At the time the goods are delivered to you, you must ensure proper arrangements to receive the order.
  • For missed deliveries, you would have to engage the logistics partner to arrange for a re-delivery.
  • For failed delivery attempts and goods returned to Pinkybears, the customers would have to bear the cost for subsequent delivery arrangement. Rates will be provided to you and payment would have to be completed before the goods will be delivered to you again.
