Delivery Policy

  • POS Laju is PinkyBears Fashion Boutique's preferred courier service company
  • Orders are processed daily unless otherwise notified via our website/facebook or email.
  • Customer purchases will be shipped out via POS Laju within 3 business day once payment received (excluding weekends & public holidays). 
  • We will only process your order(s) once we received your payment notification, either via email or sms. 
  • We might delay your order delivery due to the technical or resources problem without any prior notice. Please notify us via email or sms us for any urgent requests. We will try our best to cater to your request but this will be on a case to case basis.
  • Please be informed that delivery services are only available during normal working hours excluding weekends and public holidays. There will not be any delivery services during weekends and Public Holiday. PinkyBears Fashion Boutique will not be held responsible for any delay caused by natural disaster and lost of item during transit.
  • In the event your purchased products are out of stock, we will try our best to contact you via email or sms before processing the orders. We reserve the right to proceed with a refund without prior notice should the customer fail to respond to us.
  • PinkyBears Fashion Boutique reserves the rights to decide the cheapest and effective way of courier service to customers based on the product weights. Should you need any other courier services, you are always encouraged to contact our customer care.
  • A POS Laju tracking number will be provided to our customers for tracking purposes. If you did not receive the items within the agreed timeline, please contact POS Laju directly or email us to check on the delivery status.
  • PinkyBears Fashion Boutique shall not be held accountable if an invalid address or contact number was given to us during checkout resulting in returned parcel. Buyers will have to bear the additional costs for the consecutive deliveries.
  • PinkyBears Fashion Boutique will not be responsible for any risk of lost during the delivery. However, if your do not receive your parcel within 5 days, you may always contact the courier company to check and claims for the lost.
  • You should receive your parcel within 1 – 2 business days for customers residing in West Malaysia.
  • You should receive your parcel within 2 – 3 business days for customers residing in East Malaysia.
