PinkyBears Fashion Boutique does not currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD)

Once the order is confirmed, you are required to make the payment within a maximum of 3 days to avoid order cancelation. In the event the product(s) is sold out during the grace period, PinkyBears Fashion Boutique will notify you via email for product exchanges or refund. Please refer to the Exchange, Return and Refund Policy for more details.

All of the orders are based on first pay first server basis. Once the payment has been received, we will proceed to send out the items within 1 - 2 business days unless otherwise stated upfront. 

Once the payment has made, we request our customers to provide us with the following details via email :

  1. Remittance Advice / Payment Slip : (please attach the transcript if you pay via CDM) or
  2. Print screen of the payment made
  3. Name, Contact and shipping address
  4. Order Number:
We will then provide you with the tracking number on your order via email. Please ensure the email address entered is valid.
