  3. Can I pre-order the out of stocks products?
    Yes, you can always pre order out of stocks items but subjected to availability. For further request, you contact usdirectly.
  1. How long will it take before restock/pre-order products arrive?
    We can pre-order or restock the out of stocks items for you. The items shall takes 14 – 21 days to reach after the order has been made. Please subscribe to the automatic restock notification and you will be informed as soon as the product arrives.

     
  2. How long can I reserve an order?
    We will reserve the products up to 24 hours. Customers who require a longer time frame can contact us directly to request for an extension. 

     
  3. Are all the products "ready stocks"?
    All products displayed in our PinkyBears Fashion Boutique online mall are ready stocks. All In-stock items are available for immediate shipping unless otherwise specifically noted in the product description.

     
  4. Do you have a physical store?
    PinkyBears Fashion Boutique operates solely on the Internet for the time being. We do not have any physical location/shop for customers to shop for products.

     
  5. Can I order/ pre-order others items which are unavailable at PinkyBears Fashion Boutique?
    You are welcome to contact us with your desired design. We will try our level best to source out the items for you if we do not have it readily available in our store. For more information, please contact us directly.

     
  6. Will my order be canceled if I do not make payment within the time frame?
    Priority of orders would be based on First Pay First
    Served basis. If we do not receive any payment or notification within the timeline, we may terminate your order without prior notice.

    PinkyBears Fashion Boutique has appointed PosLaju as the only and default Courier Company. Please contact us directly with any questions you may have.

  1. How long will it take for the items to be shipped to me?
    We will process your order once we have received your payment. Your purchases will be shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise notified in advance. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for more information.
    For standard courier shipping, it takes 1-2 days to ship the items. However, for certain location, it may tooks 2 – 4 days for the items to reach. Please refer the Postage Details for the delivery time frame.
  1. Do you provide cash on delivery service?
    No, PinkyBears Fashion Boutique do not provide any cash on delivery services at the moment.

     
  2. What shall I do after I make payment for my order?
    You are required to notify us either via email once you have made a manual (bank transfer, Interbank GIRO transfer). You will need to provide the evidence/proof of payment to us in order for us to proceed your order in time.

     
  3. What payment methods do you offer?
    We currently accept manual payments to our Maybank and CIMB business accounts.. We also accept payments via MOLPay as well as Paypal.

     
  4. Is my payment secure?
    Online security is important to PinkyBears Fashion Boutique. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by MOLPay. All personal information is strictly confidential.
     
  5. What if my product(s) is out of stock after I made the payment?
    You may request for refund or exchange to others product if the product is out of stocks. Please refer to the Exchange, Return Refund Policy.

     
  6. Can I shipped the orders to overseas and how much would it charge for the postage?
    Yes, we do provide shipping to overseas country. Please contact us directly with any questions you may have. Delivery to overseas (outside of Malaysia) may be subjected to respective country taxes. You are encouraged to check with your local authorities before placing an order with us.
