Exchange / Refund /Return Policy
Pinky Bears reserved the rights to modify or change the policy at any time without further notice. Please ensure you have read through all terms and condition to avoid any misunderstanding.
1. PinkyBears will not entertain any cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to customer’s mind change once payment is accepted.

3. Customer will have to pay for the postage fees for all exchange/returned items.
4. For any request on product exchange/refund due to the items damaged, please provide a photo shoot on the damaged products and email to us at pinkybearsboutique@gmail.com . If the problem is due to pinky bears faulty, we will refund the full amount of the product to you via bank transfer.
5. We will not accept for any exchange /return / refund if :
b. The product has been used, washed, stained and the packaging is opened.
c. Product doesn’t looks or as in expectation of customers.
Notes : Customers must check out the detailed photo, description and measurements before placing the orders. Returns of good sue to slight color difference will not be entertained due to the color presented on the photo might be difference due to the resolution of every computers.

Exchange / Refund Procedure
In any case that required a refund request; you are always being advised to contact our customer care before you return the products to us. Do always inform us if you are to return the items to us and required for a refund. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by this if customers did not informed us at the earlier stage.
For any products returned, we will check on the products condition before we proceed with the refund/exchange.
We will proceed with the exchange of products if the items returned are in good condition and eligible for an exchange. Customers will need to pay the postage fee if request for product exchange. If the product is out of stock, we will contact user whether to refund or choose another products. Once the request is confirmed, we will ship out the exchanged products within 2 business days.

We will not able to proceed if any of the above details are missing. Please ensure all the details filled in are correct and contactable. We will only be able to refund via online banking transfer and cash voucher.
