• PinkyBears Fashion Boutique jewelries may be made from a single or combination of electroplated silver, brass, gold, rhodium and/or gunmetal finish. 
   
• It is important to keep your purchases away from moisture, harsh detergents and direct sunlight. Leaving your jewelries exposed to direct sunlight for an extended amount of time may lead to discoloration of the product. 
   
• We recommend using a damp soft cloth soaked in warm water to wipe the areas of the item. Do not ever leave your jewelries soaked in water or any sort of liquids.
   
• Avoid spraying perfume or hair spray directly onto the jewelries' surface area as perfume or lotions as they may contain alcohol or abrasive elements which may discolor the item over time.
   
• For products made of electroplated silvers, we highly recommend using a a silver polishing cloth to polish the surface area of the item. Polishing the item on a regular basis will enhance the outlook of the item and prevent discoloration.
   
• Always wipe clean your jewelries after wearing them particularly if exposed to sweat and dirt.

• Orders are processed daily unless otherwise notified via our website/facebook or email.
• Our daily cut off time is at 9.00 AM daily (except weekends and public holidays). Customer purchases will be shipped out via POS Laju on the same business day if payments are made before 9:00 AM. 
• Customer purchases will be shipped out via POS Laju on the next business day if payments are received after 9:00 AM. 
• We will only process your order(s) once we received your payment notification, either via email or sms. 
• We might delay your order delivery due to the technical or resources problem without any prior notice. Please notify us via email or sms us for any urgent requests. We will try our best to cater to your request but this will be on a case to case basis.
• Please be informed that delivery services are only available during normal working hours excluding weekends and public holidays. There will not be any delivery services during weekends and Public Holiday. PinkyBears Fashion Boutique will not be held responsible for any delay caused by natural disaster and lost of item during transit.
• In the event your purchased products are out of stock, we will try our best to contact you via email or sms before processing the orders. We reserve the right to proceed with a refund without prior notice should the customer fail to respond to us.
• PinkyBears Fashion Boutique reserves the rights to decide the cheapest and effective way of courier service to customers based on the product weights. Should you need any other courier services, you are always encouraged to contact our customer care.
• A POS Laju tracking number will be provided to our customers for tracking purposes. If you did not receive the items within the agreed timeline, please contact POS Laju directly or email us to check on the delivery status.
• PinkyBears Fashion Boutique shall not be held accountable if an invalid address or contact number was given to us during checkout resulting in returned parcel. Buyers will have to bear the additional costs for the consecutive deliveries.
• PinkyBears Fashion Boutique will not be responsible for any risk of lost during the delivery. However, if your do not receive your parcel within 5 days, you may always contact the courier company to check and claims for the lost.
• You should receive your parcel within 1 – 2 business days for customers residing in West Malaysia.
• You should receive your parcel within 2 – 3 business days for customers residing in East Malaysia.
