What is drop shipping?
Drop shipping is a supply chain management technique in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock, but instead transfers customer orders and shipment details to either the manufacturer or a wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer.

What is Drop Shipper?
Drop Shipper can be considered as reseller of a retailer. You are allowed to grab our products photos and upload it to your own blog, page, websites or forums etc. All you have to do is just promote the products by your own style with your own pricing. Once you have your customer orders with you, you just need to place the same orders in our websites with the correct shipping details and customer information. Once the payment received, we will proceed to send the items to the shipping address provided.

Requirement of Drop Shipper
To be a drop shipper, you are expected to manage all of your own customers’ enquiry. PinkyBears Fashion Boutique will not be responsible for any of your customer issues. You are required to understand all of the rules and regulations by PinkyBears Fashion Boutique and agree to all the terms and conditions listed at PinkyBears Terms and Conditions page. How to be a Drop Shipper?
It is entirely free to join PinkyBears Fashion Boutique as a drop shipper.
You will need to sign up in our website and notify us via email, once we have processed your application, you will be part of our drop shipper group to enjoy special privilege/rebate for our products. Since there are no upfront fees needed to be a drop shipper, thus there will be a minimum requirement / target for drop shipper. Minimum target of sales for drop shipper must reach RM 250 per month.

How if Drop Shipper cannot hit the minimum target?
If a drop shipper failed to achieve the minimum target for 1 month, a notification email will be sent to you. Hence, you will need to increase up your sales to hit the target. If the target cannot be reach for continuously 3 months, your drop shipper qualification will be cancelled and you will not able to enjoy the special discount and rebate. All the points accumulate will also be deducted. Points accumulated in the systems will entitled you for special discount during your ordering. For points member level, kindly refer to the Member Level Privilege.

What is wholesale?
Wholesaling or distributing is defined as the sale of goods or merchandise to retailers, to industrial, commercial, institutional, or other professional business users, or to other wholesalers and related subordinated services.  In general, it is the sale of goods to anyone other than a standard consumer.

How to become a Wholesaler?
To become wholesaler, you are required to sign up at our website and notify us via email. Once your wholesaler account has been approved, you will then be capable  to enjoy our products with wholesaler discount. For wholesaler, we will only ship the products to one single address. You are required to place a minimum order of products (20pcs mixed designs) in order to enjoy our wholesaler discount. We do offer preorder for wholesaler if the product is out of stocks. Wholesaler will need to provide us the details and quantity needed for us to re-order. You must understand all the rules and regulations by PinkyBears Fashion Boutique and must agree with all the terms and condition stated in pinkybears.com. For any returned products/ products exchange, please refer to the Exchange /Refund policy for the agreed procedure.

Wholesaler Level Privilege
There is a minimum quantity per order required for wholesaler. Please refer below chart for the quantity/amount orders for percentage discount.
 

 
What is different between Drop Shipper and Wholesaler?
Drop shipper and wholesaler will both enjoy the discount and rebate on our products. In order to enjoy more offers/discount/rebate, both have to meet the minimum order/target in order to enjoy the privilege. Postage fees are not included for Drop shipper and wholesaler; you will need to pay the amount for the postage based on the weight. For more info, please refer to Postage and Delivery policy.
For Drop shipper, you will need to meet the target of sale on a monthly basis to enjoy the cash rebate. We will send out the items to your customer based on the information provided. You will need to maintain the sales every month to avoid the cancellation of your drop shipper status.
For wholesaler, there is only available for single order to enjoy the special discount on the wholesale price. There are no limits of designs but you are required to order a minimum of quantity products to eligible for the advanced discount.

Notes For Drop Shipper / Wholesaler :
Please be informed that we are not able to guarantee that your order will be 100 % percent in stocks due to the high orders volume on our website. You must be able to explain to your own customer either to refund or exchange to others products. All the orders are based on first pay first served. For refund/exchange, please refer to Exhchange/Refund Policy. To avoid any inconvenience, please read through the terms and condition.

Unified Management
Pinky Bears reserved the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions without further notice. Due to the high competitive market in online business, Pinky Bears are to supply the drop shipper and wholesaler with the discounted price. Drop Shipper and wholesaler are allowed to adjust their own selling price higher but not lower than Pinky Bears. Drop Shipper and Wholesaler must agree with the terms and conditions by Pinky Bears. Pinky Bears will be take actions for those drop shipper/wholesaler that violates the term and conditions.
